Not everyone is built for the field.
One summer can change your trajectory. TAC develops competitive individuals through sales, leadership, discipline and real-world experience.

I
What TAC is building. A sales organization run like a campaign: clear objectives, hard preparation, and people who earn their position.
II
What the summer actually looks like. You deploy to a market with your unit, work the doors, and close the day with an After Action Review.
III
How someone with zero experience becomes competent. Basic Training before the season, Field Training on live doors, and a Field Manual you run until it is instinct.
IV
A day in the life. Early mornings, team meetings, the gym, the doors, the drive back. What the work looks like when nobody is filming it.
V
Your people. Nobody knocks alone. Every rep belongs to a Unit, every Unit answers to Command, and everyone competes on the same leaderboard.
VI
Real rep earnings, sales numbers, promotions and testimonials. Stripes are earned here, and the board shows who earned them.
VII
Apply. You are not applying for a summer job. You are joining people who chose something difficult because they want to become more capable.
Nobody is handed a rank at TAC. There is one ladder, everyone starts at the bottom of it, and every step up is on the record.
Where everyone starts. Nothing chosen yet.
You applied, sat your Mission Briefing and were selected.
Basic Training done. First doors, first no, first sale.
You hold your own in the field and carry your number.
Your name sits high on the Campaign Leaderboard.
You bring other reps up with you.
You run a Unit. You are Command.
The summer is not improvised. It runs in order, and you always know which phase you are in and what it expects from you.
Orientation. What we are building, what it asks of you, what you can achieve.
New-rep training before the season. The Field Manual, start to finish.
You move into your summer market with your Unit.
Campaign Season. Live doors, Field Training and the Campaign Leaderboard.
The numbers get reviewed after the day and after the week. Then you adjust.
End-of-season results and awards. This is where stripes are handed out.
Rep earnings, sales numbers, promotions and testimonials go up here once they are verified. No projections. No best-case math.
You are not applying for a summer job. You are joining a group of people who are voluntarily choosing something difficult because they want to become more capable.
